Student Assembly
Members of the Student Assembly are elected by the student body each spring. Members are elected by their academic college, their class, or as At-Large representatives.
The Student Assembly meets each Wednesday of the fall and spring semesters at 6:00pm in Ballroom C of the Main Campus Student Center. To see minutes of Student Assembly meetings, click here. You will need to log in with your PirateID and Passphrase.

The Student Government Association exists to serve the students of East Carolina University and will be a source of governance for the students so that they may be heard collectively. This organization will encourage cooperation that inspires positive change within the university and its constituents, while upholding the values and mission of East Carolina University. The focus of the Student Government Association is to advocate for the East Carolina University Student Body by creating Student-University engagement. Opportunities will be in an environment in which students have the right to self-expression.
The Student Assembly shall be in session from the installation of Student Assembly Representatives in the spring semester to the installation of the Student Assembly Representatives in the following spring semester.
